Caroline Quiett, MBA, MSHR, SHRM-SCP

Hello, I’m Caroline. I’ve been in human resources for over 10 years and have experience in various industries, including retail, entertainment/tourism, non-profit, and cybersecurity. I’ve worked for both in-person and fully remote companies of all shapes and sizes supporting employees across over 16 states and 3 countries. I genuinely love what I do and know firsthand how transformative a good, interconnected, and strategic HR function can be for a business.

I started my HR career in talent acquisition and recruitment, then transitioned into talent management (including learning & development and performance management) before taking on holistic HR leadership. I have owned, managed, and built every facet of human resources and understand there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I leverage best practices to inform creative solutions that are tailored to each business, ensuring practical options for employees, leaders, and stakeholders. I approach all things with curiosity, knowing that the best guidance comes from understanding the real issues at hand. I dive into problems to identify the root cause and craft holistic remedies for chronic business ailments. I pride myself on my creativity and ability to find “secret door number 3” when the path forward is stymied or feels unclear.

My Master of Business Administration, combined with my Master of Science in Human Resources and my SHRM-SCP certification, gives me a unique business perspective on human capital strategy. I understand the needs of the business and how HR can be leveraged to support not only employee well-being, but also the bottom line. My focus is on crafting practical, actionable solutions that move companies forward.

In addition to being a passionate HR professional, I am a proud Cincinnatian and also claim New York City as home after living there for almost 7 years after college. I am a voracious reader, an avid baker, and an aspiring golfer. I love spending time with my husband as well as our 2-year-old Bernedoodle and 11-year-old rabbit.
